We have an exciting opportunity to join our local charity managing our popular community cafes and wider food service offerings.

Managing from the main café in Boldmere, whilst providing long arm support to both our second café in Kings Norton plus our day care light bites offerings, this role is ideal for someone who is driven with a passion for motivating their team to make sure every customer counts.

If you are passionate about food and delivering excellent customer service then this would be the role for you.

We are looking for a confident manager, with the ability to lead by example, motivating and developing the charity’s café teams and daycare cooks to deliver great value meals to our customers.

Ours cafes are warm and welcoming with a personal touch where you not only can buy a cup of freshly ground coffee and a toastie, but also attend socially meaningful groups and activities within the cafes. This is key to what makes us different and from our first opening in 2017 we are proud of what we offer.

This is a role with the work life balance you are looking for in the catering industry with no late nights or Sunday opening.
