Charity Marketing, Fundraising & Rebranding Lead

Location: Birmingham & surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible – up to 30 hours/week
Contract: Fixed term, 12 months with possible extension

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Charity Marketing, Fundraising & Rebranding Lead to spearhead an exciting renaming and rebranding project that will redefine our identity and amplify our voice across Birmingham and beyond.

About the Role

This is more than a rebrand. It’s a mission to realign how we show up in the world—with our values, our partnerships, and the communities we serve in health, care, and public wellbeing.

You’ll lead on:

  • Shaping and launching a bold new visual and narrative identity
  • Designing and delivering impactful marketing strategies
  • Boosting community engagement and fundraising success
  • Coordinating with internal teams, stakeholders, and creative partners
  • Ensuring a smooth and inspiring transition from old to new

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in leading impact marketing campaigns
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and creative collaboration
  • Confident managing multiple projects and priorities
  • Committed to inclusivity, accessibility, and social good
  • Passionate about building brands that make a difference

Experience in the charity sector or integrated health and care systems is a strong advantage.
