Location: Birmingham
Salary: £26,325 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

About the Role

As a Day Care Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day management of our vibrant day care centres in Birmingham. You’ll work closely with the Services Manager to ensure our services are safe, supportive, and uplifting for everyone who walks through our doors.

You’ll lead a dedicated team of support staff and volunteers, helping to create a warm, inclusive environment where service users feel respected, valued, and at home.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supervising the daily running of the day care centres
  • Leading and supporting staff and volunteers
  • Helping develop individual support plans that promote dignity and independence
  • Working collaboratively with families, carers, and professionals
  • Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and quality standards
  • Stepping in for the Services Manager when required

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a care or support setting
  • A caring, empathetic nature with a strong commitment to equality and diversity
  • Proficient IT skills and a methodical approach to work
  • A willingness to go the extra mile to support our service users
