Full time – Salary £21,000 rising to £22,000 after 12 months

This is a full-time, role where you will provide day to day leadership and support to a team of care and support, and community wellbeing workers

The role will include day to day management of the community service, ensuring the individuals we support receive a personalised service which meets and continually responds to their changing needs, whilst also working to maintain quality and compliance.
