Age Concern Birmingham is looking to recruit a Digital Inclusion Officer working 30 hours a week on a fixed term contract until 31st March 2021, to join our friendly team and support older adults to develop their digital skills in the Sutton Coldfield area.  This is an exciting opportunity if you enjoy working with older people and are confident using and teaching digital skills.

Finding the right qualities and skills is so important to us and in view of this working hours can be negotiable for the right candidate.

Due to the pandemic the digital divide has only got bigger for Older Adults as many services and activities have moved online. This opportunity is to help Older people navigate the digital world and learn basic skills like, how to use zoom, online shopping, banking or sending an email.
