Age Concern Birmingham has a new exciting opportunity

 We are looking to appoint a Handyperson

Are you looking for a few hours work each week?

Do you have excellent DIY / building maintenance skills?

Working on a on a flexible basis Monday – Saturday, with occasional evening and weekend work around the needs of the service we are looking for someone to maintain our charity’s buildings in Boldmere, Shard End and Kings Norton.

We are looking for a practical well-motivated person for this post.

We someone who will really care about maintaining standards, ensuring our buildings look their best and are safe.

This role will include a wide variety of duties connected with the fabric of the building, health and safety, grounds and facilities maintenance & security, so the wider the skillset the better.

Salary: £16.00 per hour

Car driver with access to a suitable handyperson vehicle that will carry materials is required for the role.

Location: The post will be based in Boldmere, Sutton Coldfield, with travel across Birmingham as required.
