Neighbourhood Networker – Adults with Additional needs

Hours of Work: 35 hours per week.

Salary: £24,351.60 (£13.38 per hour)

Location: Age Concern Birmingham, 76 – 78 Boldmere Rd, Sutton Coldfield, B73 5TJ

Age Concern Birmingham (ACB) is the lead organisation for the Neighbourhood Network Scheme in Sutton Coldfield. Working closely with our partner Compass Support we provide the NNS on behalf of Birmingham City Council. We are looking to employ a Neighbourhood Networker to support local assets for people with additional needs.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our expanding team with new roles starting in May 2022….

You will be working as part of a dedicated friendly team.

What Can You Expect:

Every day will be different, undertaking a varied rewarding role delivering support to community assets. A full induction and Training will be provided.

Age Concern Birmingham offers staff, after three months of employment access to Perkbox.

What experience do you need?

Experience of working for and with community asset organisations who provide support to people with additional needs and older people. Be able to demonstrate a creative, can-do approach with good communication and digital skills.
