Reconnector
We have a great opportunity to join our Friends First Team
As a Reconnector, you will be working as part of a dedicated Friends First team of fully supported staff who have citizens emotional and physical wellbeing at the core of all they do.
The main area of the City focused on is East Birmingham
- You will work 1-2-1 with older adults to assess wellbeing, increase socially activity and signpost to other services as required.
- To set up, run and offer support to friendships groups across the city and workshops as required.

Salary – £9633.00 per annum
Hours – 15 hours – Days to be agreed
The base may be at Moorfield Hall in Shard End.
Every day will be different, so you can expect to undertake work that’s as varied as it is rewarding.
What experience do you need?
Due to our training, you do not need to have previous experience (although advantageous), however we do need someone who is compassionate, has a can-do approach and excellent communication skills. Above all, you’ll be passionate about ensuring our citizens receive a stimulating quality service
