Salary: £25,500 per annum

Your Impact Starts Here:

As a Senior Carer / Care Co-Ordinator, you’ll be more than a care professional. You’ll be a trusted leader, a mentor to your team, and a vital part of ensuring our clients receive the quality, compassionate support they deserve. You’ll help run and improve a dynamic Domiciliary Care service, working alongside the Registered Manager to inspire and guide staff and ensure care is delivered with excellence.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Coordinate daily care support, ensuring every visit counts

✅ Lead by example, stepping in when needed to ensure continuity of care

✅ Supervise, appraise, and support the development of your team

✅ Ensure all services meet national care standards and CQC regulations

✅ Build positive relationships with health and social care partners

✅ Contribute to exciting new service developments

✅ Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota

What You Bring:

✨ NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care

✨ Solid experience in care delivery and team supervision

✨ Confidence in using care rostering systems and IT tools

✨ A warm, inclusive approach rooted in compassion and equality

✨ A full driving licence and the flexibility to travel locally
